We only collect information you choose to share with us. Through the Book Consultation form on this website, we collect:

- Your phone number (optional)
- The services you are interested in
- Any message you choose to send us
We do not place advertising cookies or share your details with advertisers. Basic anonymous web-traffic statistics may be collected by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your consultation request
- Arrange and carry out an on-site visit, quote and project
- Communicate with you about an ongoing project
- Comply with our legal and tax obligations
We rely on your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in running a business as the legal basis for processing.
3. Sharing & third parties
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox via Web3Forms, a GDPR-compliant form-forwarding service. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We may share information only:
- With our accountant or solicitor, where legally required
- With suppliers strictly to fulfil your project
- When required to do so by law or court order
4. How long we keep your data
Enquiries that do not turn into projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are retained for the period required by Irish tax law (currently 6 years) and then securely deleted.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, or request portability of the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email fiedvari@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission at www.dataprotection.ie.
6. Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies. We may use a single essential session cookie if needed for site security. No personal data is collected via cookies.

Prices displayed on the Projects page are indicative starting points based on past comparable work and are not binding offers. All projects are bespoke; a final written quote will be issued after an on-site visit. The contract for any project is formed only when you accept that written quote in writing or by email.

Website content is provided for general information only. While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate, we accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on website content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
4. External links
Where this website links to external sites (e.g. Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp), we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
